I can attest this home has been the best home we have ever purchased. We have owned several homes in the past and built with a few other spec builders. Northcutt homes are of higher quality and are truly custom. The interior finishes and design are phenomenal. From the color schemes to hardware, everything flows and is what one would expect from a designer custom builder. The overall quality is amazing. From an encapsulated crawl space, to foam insulation, Northcutt homes are built on a higher level than your big name builders. The home is sturdy and very energy efficient. Northcutt homes have additional quality and workmanship built in from the beginning so you don’t have to add it later. Vaden uses subcontractors and holds them accountable for their work. There is better quality and less issues when you use the same subcontractors for years. Vaden, Sarah, and Cole were, and still are, always available. I have contacted Vaden and Cole with questions and they respond immediately. Even after several months, Vaden has contacted me to address an issue because he wanted to make something better. When you build with other builders, you may be dealing with a project manager. With Northcutt Custom Homes, you are dealing with the owners and builder themselves. You will not receive this kind of quality and personal attention with most other builders. Anyone looking to purchase a custom home should contact Northcutt Custom homes. They will tell you they stand behind their product, and I can/will recommend them to anyone because they do what they say. Absolutely a pleasure to work with!
